Quick Tips for End Users on Identifying Phishing

There always seems to be a customer, business partner, or somebody outside of work that needs help coping with phishing messages that reach their inbox. These folks just need information about how to stay safe, and from time to time we spot resources that we can share with them the next time they ask.
