    authindicators NOTE WELL:

The "authindicators-dev(a)dmarc.org" discussion list (the "List") is maintained by the authindicators Working Group (the “Group”) to support discussions among the List subscribers (the "Participants") related to the authindicators Work Group Charter (https://dmarc.org/projects/authindicators/authindicators-Project-Charter.pdf). Each submission made to the List is considered to be a "Contribution" by the Participant. Participants agree that their Contributions comply with the Open Web Foundation Contributor License Agreement (https://dmarc.org/projects/authindicators/authindicators-Contributor-License-Agreement.pdf) (CLA). When joining the List, Participants must disclose to the List whether their Contributions are being made as an "Individual" or on behalf of another named "Bound Entity" as identified by the CLA.

The Contributions may result in collective statements and/or documents (the "Output") being submitted to another organization and/or made public (collectively termed "Published"). Contributions cannot be referenced outside of the List other than in the form of Published Output. The Group Chair will provide 45 days notice to the List prior to Publishing specific Output, during which time any Participant who does not agree to the terms identified in the Open Web Foundation Agreement (https://dmarc.org/projects/authindicators/authindicators-Open-Web-Foundation-Agreement.pdf) (OWFa) related to the Output must declare so to the List. If no such declarations are made 45 days after the Group Chair gives notice of Publication, the Group Chair can Publish the Output. All Participants will be identified as authors of the Output, noting that they comply with the OWFa.

The operation of the Group is governed by the authindicators Process Agreement (https://dmarc.org/projects/authindicators/authindicators-Process-Agreement.pdf), a copy of which will be provided by the current Group Chair prior to subscribing to the List.

By submitting the completed form to join the List you agree to Participate according to the terms of the authindicators NOTE WELL and authindicators Process Agreement in a legally responsible and cordial manner. If you do not or cannot agree to these terms, do not submit the form. If, at any time, you feel that you can no longer Participate in a way that is compliant with these terms, you must unsubscribe from the List, understanding that any Contributions made while subscribed continue to be governed by these terms.

Check here if you accept the terms of the authindicators NOTE WELL.
